Three categories: Masala chai, Cutting chai and Kadak chai

We started our blog with regular posts we labelled as Masala chai and then added Cutting chai in 2018. Cutting chai essays are short posts of articles, cartoons strips, music clips or videos of interest. Named after the Mumbai special version of the brew, Cutting chai is a cup or glass for someone seeking a small taste of the tea instead of a full serving. More recently, in 2019, we pushed the border a bit to add a section labelled Kadak chai, a stronger, darker taste. In this section we publish academic articles that may require more specialised knowledge of journal articles and chapters in books. We hope that this expansion of our Chai shop work for our readers. We welcome your suggestions.
